At&t Samsung Galaxy S2 problem

So lately my Samsung Galaxy S2 has been randomly just turning off and on. then like immeatiatly after it turns back on it turns off again and keeps doing that like every 10 minutes. i think it has something to do with the lock key cause the powering off switch keeps popping up right before but it could be sitting on a table and do this and its really starting to annoy me! anyone know how to fix it?

I have also experienced this for the First time this last weekend. Although I thought it had something to do with the addition of a 32 gig micro sd card. After adding this sd card I have noticed little quirks with the phone I have not experienced before.

Had the same problem.
AT&T replaced it.
I am now on my 4th Samsung Galaxy S2 in less than 1 year.
3 phones with 3 different problems.
Just unlucky I guess.
