Default AT&T Begins Personal Billing Video 03/18/2013. Its Really Customed and NICE

I never thought about receiving my monthly bill in a video message.....wonder how this will go over? Looks like AT&T will roll out this service in 2013...(hope its an option and not across the board standard) but I do like the idea ..

I don't see the point??? I mean our ATT bill is set to autopay every month.. The only time I even go to ATT's website is to see if I am eligible for an upgrade, or to see how much data I've used for the month (not that it matters, since I'm grandfathered into unlimited). I guess I don't see the point of vewing a video to see how much your bill is.

Lol, you do the same as I do! Except I schedule my monthly payment (still cant trust att sith auto-access to my card)....

To me, it sound nice, but at the same time, if it not Maxx Headroom presenting the bill, then that means a reaL person got access to it. Each time I had to call even the billing dept to clarify a bil, other than my providing proof that I am the account holder, they ask if I give them permission to "view" my statement.

im good with my online billing as is....no vid for me.

I would rather see ATT&T spend money on expanding their LTE service rather than making cute bill paying options.

Agreed! Something tells me this wil be a charged service that "better" be an option and not pushed on customers as a standard...

It sounds to me like it will be optional, but even if it is not, they can send you the video, but they can't make you watch it.

You think they are going to have actual humans reading millions of statements to customers each month?

Might want to actually read the article.

Was making light of the article. I know full well no real person will be reading off millions of customer's bills. That's stone age.

EDIT: 03/19/2013: I will never allow a "naysayer" change what I think again.

Looking for my (yes, graphic) for CROW or MINCEmeat pie... Just got my FIRST AT&T "VIDEO" Bill. and Y U P , its my actual bill explained to me by a "very" sexyesque voice, costumed to say my name,

Ms. Sexy started out with the high-level summary of my bioll, the current balance (ifr any), the recent payment then goes into details...

"Live person or not", it STILL is going out to "millions" of customers each month..... In somebody's face that said "naaaay"

Looks like DroidCentric needs to " R E T H I N K - P O S S I B I L I T I E S "
