you can get pantech flex on ebay unlocked or not, then get go phone prepaid lte at $60/mo with 2gb.

it came with ics but about a week later, att pushed out jelly bean update to it. Use wifi for download, given the size.

Why not just get the Galaxy S3? Prices have really gone down since the release of the S4 and it's an awesome phone.

Atrix 2 & Atrix HD (I have the HD) are very good phones and very inexpensive.

I'd have to say for the price the Samsung S3 would be the best deal on a great jellybean phone with AT&T, and it will most likely be a more current phone for quite some time as far as recieving updates and such.

A few weeks ago, the S II just got 4.1.2 Which, I believe, is a Jelly Bean iteration. Should be able to get the phone for $50 or less.

The US LTE version of the S3 is already on Jellybean 4.1.2 on AT&T. Depending on what you read, it will either be upgraded to Jellybean 4.2.2 or 4.3 sometime in the near future. You can go cheaper if you're not looking for a phone to keep long, but if you need it for the long haul it's probably the best value on AT&T at the moment for a Jellybean phone and it may even make it to Key Lime Pie (5.0).
