Default Remap physical buttons?

if available, it's probably through a plugin, but i'm basically wondering if it's possible to re-map physical buttons when specific apps are running?

for example, if i am running Google Music, i would like to double click the home (Galaxy S3) or power button to proceed to the next track. this is in similar fashion to how an iPod Nano functions.
