Default How to lower music volume on Bluetooth connect?

If I connect to Bluetooth for music, often the volume is really loud at first. The problem is, I can't adjust the level until the music is actually playing, which is annoying.

I'd like for tasker to automatically set the volume of music to 2 when it connects to Bluetooth. I thought I could do this by specifying State: bluetooth connected, then the task is lower volume to 2. It doesn't work. The tasker profile runs, but the music doesn't t lowered. I have tried system volume, media volume, don't volume, all at the same time and they don't work. Funny thing is, while I am in tasker, setting up the task, and specifying a media volume, I can hear it change. But then when the profile activates, no effect.
