I'm new so i'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this but hopefully a mod can move it if needed, sorry in advance.

I have no idea what is going on with my phone, i have never tried to root my phone or anything yet i'm having this problem with my internal memory. I get errors when i try and factory restore and i have tried to install the factory settings from my laptop also.

Almost forgot that everytime my battery dies or the phone is powered off it erases all my messages and when i did have memory my apps and my app store, also it would erase my contacts and unsync all my accounts.

Any help would be appreciated i would like to fix this problem.

If you're showing a zero for internal memory in Storage, replace the phone under warranty at a Metro corporate store.

EDIT: This is a confirmed pattern with R910s, I have alerted a Samsung representative.

i don't have insurance and i doubt this would be covered anyway i did nothing wrong to my phone at all. i had a update come in for the app store and now my phone is barely functional. is there any type of way i could fix this myself, because if not i will probably just get a different service

Dude, if you bought the phone from metro, you HAVE 1 year of warranty automatically.
Get it exchanged at the store.
And if you didn't buy it but know the owner or how to twist representatives arms backwards, then you still can exchange it.
Your phone is not rooted, you didn't drop it in a pool of water, as far as I know.
So it's under warranty. Say think you to the Consumer Protection Agency for that!
Just get a new one. And give them hell if they won't give you a new one.

Yep, this happened to me. Your internal flash memory is fried. Mine happened while receiving a FOTA update. Just take it into a corporate store, they should take care of you.

Be polite but firm, don't take no for an answer. The first corporate store I went into, the jack hole tried to tell me it was because my phone was rooted. What a moron. So I just went to a different corporate store. They were much more helpful there, agreed to warranty it right away, no problem. Guess which store I will buy my next phone(s), and tell all my friends to go to? ;)

Expect to wait a few days for your new phone to come in. You will hang on to your current phone in the meantime. Sometimes, if they have them in stock, for a few extra dollars ($5-10?) they will give you one on the spot. You will also have to pay a small fee (again, $5-10 iirc) to do the ESN swap, whether you get a phone on the spot or have to wait a few days. Well, at least that's what they charge in my area.
