$180.00 for Android Phone

For that price... you're going to be looking for a used to heavily used (dinged up) Backflip. That's a pretty low price point... but.... oh well. You're basically going to get what you pay for, and that's one hell of a cheap phone. Very laggy, very little support for rooting and roms. If you can, I'd say try to save and double that limit that you're spending and get something worth while like a Galaxy S phone or even an Aria. The Galaxy S you'd have to lock into another 2 year term, but it'd be well worth it over a backflip.

For $180, you can typically get something like a HTC Magic/Mytouch 3g, in decent condition.
