General (2.1) Xperia X10 Boot Screen Collection...

    Here
    Gifs are what were found online or at xda so credit goes where credits due for them, I've just made them compatible for our phone. :)

    Here's the first 5 I've done and will add more as and when I get round to it.

    BlueAndroid - Boot Without Flares - SE Clogs - Xperia - Xperia Peek

    The default location for 2.1 is system/media, so just copy and paste over the original AFTER backing-up your original. My preferred method is using RootExplorer.

    Loving these, but when i try and copy it to system/media, using RootExplorer it says

    Warning
    You cannot paste here because
    the file system is read only

    do i need to do something different??

    after i replace, reboot phone..the screen only show ANDROID....no graphic..

    i replaced the whole folder into it, the folder i download from link1.

    root explorer is not free....any substitute?

    Not really no, it's a must have app if you're rooted.
