Somehow my home button along with many other options aren't working (seems to be a common problem, where factory reset is the only advice). Other issues is that the phone doesn't lock, search button doesn't work, and the 4-squares button doesn't work as it used to.
Usually, I would just go for the factory reset (or hard reset, if it's the same, which I think it is, any correction here would be well appreciated). The thing is, that my droid 2 was originally from Verizon, and not anymore. I paid to have it flashed, and I'd hate if I'll have to pay again to do it.
Will the factory reset will "make it" Verizon again?
Or if there's another option to fix the issue? which doesn't seem to.
