The guy's a top rated seller, so I think that's a good start.
    Excellent price, I'd do it.

Just checked his feedback, it's excellent. I'd go for it if I were you. :)

I wouldn't trust it. Most of those cards work just fine until you try to put more than 4GB on them and then you find out that you were had.

Fake. Cmon the guy is even selling "designer" shoes. Does that really sound like a legit source?

Fake in size? It doesn't even have a brand. I wouldn't put a cheap no name card in my phone unless I was backing everything up every day.

But it doesn't mention which brand it is...

For cards without a good brand name, some declare it is 32gb, but finally the capacity is only 16gb or even fewer...

Don't buy it .. I already fell for that one.

I started a thread about my phone constantly turning itself off and memory going into "read-only" mode. Come to find out, it was all because of the cheap, unbranded 32gb sd card I bought. Put the stock one back in, phone worked fine.

I was lucky enough to get a SanDisk 32gb card for $49 from Verizon, and it works beautifully. If you get one, just go with a SanDisk brand or other trusted brand.

Well now hold on a second. Has anyone actually bought one from THIS seller? First off there not "fakes".. If it SAID SanDisk on it, then yeah it would be a fake. If anything it's just a cheap Chinese MicroSD.

Do you guys really think SanDisk is the ONLY company with access to the components to make these? Hell, half those components are made in China anyway so it's doesn't take much for someone else to make a back door deal for them.

I would be more worried if the guy was selling 32gb cards for $39.99 that SAID SanDisk on them. Then obviously they would be fakes. These don't appear to be fakes what so ever, there is no mention of SanDisk anywhere on them. They appear to just be "cheaper" ones.

Case in point, those cheap $9.98 eBay special shipped HTC EVO battery and charger sets. You know the set that comes with two batteries and a wall changer? Those are "cheaper copies" and mine work just as good as my official HTC battery. The run times are almost exactly on par with between the HTC and the China special's. I've had mine since the EVO launched, I use them daily and charge them daily, zero issues.

Speaking of, I almost forgot I have a 4GB Sandisk style flash (fake I guess you would call it) card for my Sony PSP, eBay special straight out of Hong Kong, bought it for $40ish back when real SanDisk 4GB cards were just out and $200+ dollars. Obviously it was a cheap China made card and frankly, it works as well as any of my real SanDisk and Sony cards ever did. In fact, I just loaded Metal Gear Solid Peacewalker on it last night, its a couple years old now and still running just fine.

That said, lets look at this item... His eBay history says he has sold "History: [IMG]453 sold".

Look at his negative feeback... He has 1 negative in the past 12 months out 540. I don't know about you guys but if I bought a 32gb card off him the first thing I would do would be to test it and if it only held 4 or 16gb, he would get a negative feedback for scamming me and then a American Express charge back... His feedback leads me to believe that's not happening.

    Just my .02 cents.

I'll bit though... I need a bigger card, I'll order one when I get paid this week and write up a little review like I did for the eBay EVO Hong Kong / China Batteries I bought. If it doesn't hold 32gb and check disk good, AMX will give me my money back even if the seller doesn't so its a no loose situation.

Thank you for taking the chance and writing a review. Plus you have ebay protection. This worked for me on a bluetooth I purchased. I got it free due to it was not as described.

I bought one before reading this thread. My Incredible freaks out and the card goes into read-only mode. Is this a firmware problem or counterfeit card issue? On the PC it shows a 32gb capacity. How can I prove it's less if I want to file an eBay grievance? Thanks in advance.

If you can't but it from a store then buy it from verizon or another larger company. I bought two fakes on ebay then bought one from verizon online for a hundred bucks.

Best way to prove if it's fake or not is try to load up the card with as close to 32gb of files as possible (easiest way I can think of is videos and mp3's).

When you've loaded up the card with files, check all the files that were copied to the card last (usually, the first 4gb-6gb of data copied over will work fine, but the later files will be corrupted and not work). What I mean by "check" is, try to open them to see if they actually work.

After you've done that, if everything seems okay, you might have been lucky or I've seen other reports that files don't go bad right away, but after the card is put in the phone. The next thing I would do is actually delete (not by re-formatting) all the files that you copied over. Check the properties to see if all the memory is available again. On the fake card I purchased (before the EVO was even released), the card showed NO memory available, even though I just deleted close to 32gb worth of files.

It takes a while to go through this process, but worth it in order to protect yourself from being scammed. Also, just so you're aware, the catch 22 with the fake cards is that the seller lists that if you have a dispute about the product, the buyer must return the card to them. I had to email back and forth with Paypal for 2 weeks before I was finally refunded without having to return the card to China (That's the Catch 22 - Who's going to go through the trouble of shipping the item back to China? I know I wasn't going to).

Many thanks. I'll try your suggestions. Luckily I bought mine from CA, so hopefully it'll be easier than your experience if I do have to return it.

It is funny how people are still calling them "fakes" after Roadblock made a good argument. I have purchased numerous of electronic items at ebay. First, I tend to buy only from power sellers- who value their reputation as sellers. Second, I only pay with paypal- your purchase is protected. Do ask the seller questions, for one to see if he responds back quickly and two, to see if he knows what he is selling. I once was looking for a battery for my Touch Pro 2-a seller posted that his battery fit a Touch Pro and the Touch Pro 2. I know that is not possible. When he emailed me- he stated it does- I knew he was full of it- and did not buy. Common sense. Also, just cause something is named brand and costs more DOES NOT mean it is better. Just take a look about the "fake" HDMI cable vs the "premium" HDMI cables... here is a test done by Popular Mechanics; a $13 cheap non brand vs a $300 named brand...

Any new updated link? I'd love to buy one to see if it's crap or not. I can get these cards straight from china non-branded and I know they work properly...

    i might look into that.
