$350 or less unlocked phones with clear video recording

I need a phone that has clear video recording. I need things like words/numbers/anything that is written on a board with marker or a chalk board to be clearly visible when I watch the video wether I recorded from close, mid or far away. If you can zoom in and out while recording or while replaying the video it would be even better, even if it's from an app. Please and thanks.

Galaxy Nexus sells for 350 and can record HD videos.

If video recording is of utmost importance, I'd recommend a standalone.

The Galaxy Nexus's camera is fine and yes it does film in 1080p but it's not the best. If you can get a used Galaxy S2, I would recommend that over the Gnex.
