The mobile internet widget that comes with the phone does this, it disables the data connection, but you can still place and receive calls and text messages.

I've found that but I'm looking for a widget to add with my wifi, 4g, bluetooth and gps widgets.

Maybe i don't understand what a widget is but I'm looking for a one tap control to put on my screen.

tap and hold an open space on the screen, or press the + button on the bottom of the screen. Then select Widget, then Settings, then Mobile Network. This will turn of and on 3g.
