Help 4.1.2 RAM usage

Has anyone else got high RAM on 4.1.2?

I have around 500mb used, and when I clear I get to around 250-499 and says it closed roughly 25 applications. I disabled over 50 applications, so why is it still high?

My phone's RAM usage on JB is roughly the same as ICS. Currently, 104 hours after last boot, 230MB without force closing any app's.

You handset is demonstrating all the classic signs of a rogue app or setting that is squandering your phone's resources.
