By 2015? That's a surprisingly low estimate. Given what we've seen in just the last couple months, I'd expect it to be more like 90% for anything with a large screen.

Yeah that is low. If its going to be 15% by the end of 2011 you'd expect 30% by 2012 and 60% by 2013 or something like that
