Three things I can suggest: (1). Make sure you are in an area that has good 4G signal. (2). Contact your service provider and discuss the problem with them. (3). Reset the device or get it checked out by a licenced technician.
P.s. Some more information on what is going on would be appreciated. This could help us to figure out what's wrong and possible lead to finding a solution.
