4G sim card???

Since VZW is using a SIM card for 4g now, could we use any other phones if we simply insert a ZVW 4G SIM card?

I am not sure if 4G is a GSM or CDMA or maybe LTE is something totally different.

Bottom line, I would love to have access to some of the new non-VZW phones later on, and I would love for this to work.

nope wont work atleast not for now. Verizon sims are different as far as i know or from what I have read.

Other LTE SIMs (whenever they come out) might be the same, but remember that Verizon uses a different LTE band than AT&T plans to... so unless the phone has a radio for both, you're still locked in.

Even when they converge on a technology, they manage to come up with a way to lock you in to their service, eh?
