Heck from what I can tell from this thread responses we only hit them up for $1500 or so... ;) I guess other site users beat us out.

My guess is that since this promo runs into January, they probably didn't run out on the first day. I'll bet that Google gave Sammy a maximum # of codes to pass out per day or week, and probably an overall max as well.
For those that missed out today, I'd definitely try back later.

You think Google gave them to Sammy? I'm more inclined to think that Samsung paid a certain amount in advance, to Google, in order to offer up the promotion. Since it's for all Note 3 owners, I can't imagine that Google would sacrifice that amount of potential revenue, without at least being slightly compensated.

I really do hope that it's not completely over. A $50 credit is absolutely incredible and generous for them to offer.

Poor wording on my part... By 'gave' I meant allotted as part of some deal. I'm sure they weren't free, just that the deal probably has daily limits.

Ouch! Check the posting on the main blog. Looks like someone abused the system and it has been yanked. :(

Click purchase on an app and it will default to the credit vs. your cc.

Hopefully they will tighten their security and start it back up.

Kind of a deal breaker for me. I have an upgrade available and was holding off a couple weeks to see what deals pop up before upgrading from the Note2. Hoping Wirefly or someplace will drop the price or they will bring this $50 credit back.
On a side note does anyone know if there is anyway to move or share part of the $50 credit to other phones on my account?

This credit can be applied to any one Google Wallet/Play account- not a particular wireless line. Once it is applied, it can be used by any phone or tablet that is signed into that Google account regardless of their wireless line.
