does sling player work yet? i loved cm6 but i can't run it til sling works consistently (or at all, at this point)...
Ive been trying to find out whats new in it for the past few hours. I see theres a lot of issues in RC3 so i wanted to know if any have been fixed in this nightly.
I honestly dont feel like backing up, restoring, and what not so does anyone have any idea of whats changed?
Wonder what the difference would be from RC3.
What issues specifically? I didn't have any issues aside from not finding a way to get VVM fully working. I got it to view the VMails using an APK ganked from the Droid X, but couldn't listen to them (download failed)
I'm still downloading this now, I wish I could find a change log of this. I personally has no problems with RC3, im running stock radio 1.x, and never had any reboot, my wifi, and gps worked fine. but as with everyone else it didn't recognize internal memory, I wonder if they got that bug squashed out or not. I will load this up tmw for sure.
It's a no go for me. After installing thru Clockwork, phone just hangs at my unrevoked screen. Time to restore.
same thing with me, was just about to say, either the 15 mins I waited wasnt enough or something is wrong.
A list of reported issues can be found here.
In addition to those, I don't see the WiFi reboots the phone bug or the fact that a number of applications simply don't work (PSX4Droid, SlingPlayer, etc.)
AndroidBruce over at XDA figured out how to get the nightly working. Not sure what all changed but someone reported that PSX for Droid is working with the nightly (didn't work on RC3).

The 8/24 nightly now boots on it's own. BT is still not right for streaming audio though.
