    Hmm ... I'd like to have one of these in my kitchen, mounted on the wall and plugged-in. Especially if I could sideload Epicurious and some other cookbook apps, along with our family's online Google calendar.

    It would be even better if I could use the ThinkOutside bluetooth keyboard that I have sitting around gathering dust ... doesn't work with my Froyo-rooted Eris, but perhaps it would work with this Android 1.6 tablet.
