Help A little help please

Bought the wife a D2, she came from an env2 phone and downloaded the back-up assistant program.


My first question is, how do I completely remove this POS from the D2?

Second question, none of her phone contacts are showing up in gmail under contacts. I have tried clearing data under her gmail account and turning the sync on and off a few times but still no go, any help would be much appriciated.

I think that backup assistant came with the phone. The only way to rid yourself of it is to root.

As far as the other problem, I'm not sure what is the issue. You can try a factory reset and start over. Maybe that will cause it to sync correctly.
