Nokia has a phone with a picoprojector option for it. There's an iPhone app that can verbally translate languages (although not very well). There are also iPhone apps that use the microphone to hear you blowing and the touchscreen so put your fingers over flute holes to change notes. All that's really missing is the razor and the coffee maker! I love that commercial, by the way! Not exactly new, but still good!
