    Greetings!

I know this has been asked about in other threads, but no one seems to have found what I'm looking for.

Essentially I watch Anime and they're all single downloaded .mkv files and have subtitles. Does anyone know of a player that can play these without having to go through 4-5 steps of pulling out the sub file then re converting it to another format??

For example I download Episodes of Bleach every week and it downloads as a single .mkv file, but the language is in Japanese with English subs. Is there a player out there that can play this just as it is? I did try converting it to a .mp4 and have used RockPlayer, mvideoplayer, meridian, mixzing thus far with no luck!

Has anyone been able to successfully play anything with subtitles this way? (I have a HTC Desire 2.1 on Telus on Canada)

I should add the Video/Sound is perfect in any of those players once it's a .mp4, but no subtitles ever show even if I've selected them to show in the settings of the player.
