A Tablet! Preferably a 16gb Xoom

Just looking for a tablet it can be beat up, as long as the screen is fine. Looking to spend $300 MAX, no more than that.
So far i found someone selling a dellstreak7 for $200 but I rather have a tablet with a bigger screen that 7inches.

Need one for this semester, thanks for looking.

I have a 32GB wifi xoom with a BT keyboard and the speakerdock that I would be willing to part with. Though I would not be willing to give it away for $300 I would want $500 shipped for everything.

Just so you know, there isn't a 16gb Xoom available. There's only the 32gb version (in WiFi and 3G varieties).

You may not find a Xoom for $300, but today on eBay as a Daily Deal you can get a brand new 16gb Toshiba Thrive for $329 - NEW 16GB Toshiba Thrive AT105-T1016 10.1" Tablet(Wi-Fi) | eBay

It's a heck of a deal in it's own right, and if you want maximum expandability, the Thrive is the best out there. It's the only tablet with a full-size USB port, full-size HDMI port, and a full size SD card slot in addition to a removable back cover and user-replaceable battery. The weight is about the same as the Xoom, but if thinness is what you're most concerned about, it's definitely not the tablet you'd want.
