A very, very unhappy t-mobile uk customer

    Okay so since i got my G2 i have had nothing but problems with it, spent a few days back and forth with the tech support team until finally they put me onto a "support specialist" who simply told me to go into my local store and send it off for repair.

    I was told 14 days for repair, it's actually 28 days and i was told face to face i was "mislead" about the length of time it would take.

    Has come back from it's second repair and still has the exact same issues. In total i think i was without my phone for a month+. They also said now it will take them 3! repairs until they will think about doing anything else for me - insane given how i have been treated.

    I wrote an email to the customer services explaining all this to no reply (but that has only been 4 days, they take up to 7 it said).

    Rang their "thinking about leaving us" option on 150 tonight, spoke to a woman who was hard to understand to a point that she didn't get what i was talking about.
    She told me to tick the "only use 2G" option on my phone - i got the phone because it's a smart phone touted for it's 3G capabilities - i was told the coverage for my area was really good when i went to get the phone - only to now have the women on the phone tell me my area isn't good at all.

    She didn't understand at all why i find it unacceptable to have to stick to 2G, that plus the phone problems, plus the fact that their staff have mislead me before and where very rude to me in the store coupled with a manager supposed to ring me back tonight and never did...

    I want to leave T-Mobile for good, who can i talk to to have this not fall on deaf ears? I am sure all of this is a breach of TCF big time.

    im in the states but i have never had a problem with t-mobile in the almost 10 years i have had them

    What were the issues that you had?

    Also don't think you're special. T-mobile don't give a damn if you stay with them or not. You signed a contract so that money is as good as in their pocket now; why should they have to put up with an aggravated customer? There are very few clauses that'll allow you to ditch a contract early without punitive fees.
