aborted overclocking mod, want to delete a file from ROM

hello all, i was preparing to overclock my droid but once i saw the news i decided to hold off, i got far enough to only copy the flash_image file to my rom and thats it, i would like to delete it and unroot, whats the simplest way?

What do you mean "copy the flash_image file" exactly? Did you flash the file, or did you just copy it to your sdcard?

Also, do you have a nandroid backup of your DROID before you copied the flash_image file?
