I need to get my wife a new phone, but she is not very tech savvy so I am trying to keep the phone as simple to use as possible for an Android. She really won't use it for much else other than texting and web browsing.
My question is how much affect does processor speed have on web browsing? Or is that linked more to being on 3G or 4G?
For example, would a phone with a 600MHz processor speed browse as quickly as one with 1GHz if they were both running on the same type of network, or does the processor speed have some affect?
