activated on new line. when can i switch.

    I added a new line and activated the evo on that line. It is my mother in laws new line. When and how can I move the evo over. Can i do it online?

    Will not work online. You have to call in.

    No, you have to call in (though you can do it immediately). They have to move the code for the $10 "EVO tax" manually or the provisioning apparently fails.

    Guy i spoke to at sprint over phone tried for me a few times and couldnt get it switched over

    I did mine over chat and had no issues. Upgraded my wife's line at BB. Went home and tried swapping online and it failed. So I chatted for 10 minutes and they were able to swap my wife's line back to her old phone and move the Evo to my line. No issues.

    they are telling me i could lose all rebates. well i got it at BB. can they charge me back?
