Active Sync Not Downloading Email - Possible FixSupport

    I've been having issues with Active Sync NOT syncing with my phone since the upgrade to Froyo 2.2. I've typically had it set to download 3 or 7 days worth of email.

    I've figured out a work around to get messages to download to the phone as they arrive in my exchange mailbox. Change the setting 'Download past email' to '1' day. This has fixed my issue, but now I can only have one days worth of email.

    I've sent myself numerous emails to test my theory. Only when I set it to '1' will it sync immediately to my phone. All other settings (3 - 7) I have to manually sync. Calling Verizon now...
