activesync not retrieving any data, all details are correct, any ideas why?Support

    Hi all,

    ive just set up active sync for a member of staff for our companies exchange

    all details and credentials are correct, everything went through ok, i got prompted what we wanted to sync, contacts, calendars etc, i chose them all but nothing comes through, ive gone to sync now plenty of times, no errors. just nothing comes through at all,

    the user has a internet connection, everything looks fine but were getting nothing from the exchange account

    theres nothign wrong exchange end as we have a multitude of different handsets all getting data just fine

    anyone have any ideas what might be wrong here?
