I have admiral beast. It uses launcherpro. I saw someone comment (possibly on another forum not sure) that his girl wonders when there will be a more girly rom. This phone is pretty customizable. See i'm a girl here is my phone. Maybe if more woman were into this it would help.

I use screenshot er. I like it cause u can hold down the search button and the option to take a screen shot is in there.

there are actually a few that dont require rooting and are free. i dont use apps though. i use the google sdk tools which contains a script or cmd prompt titled ddms which allows me to take take screen shots i use a similar thing to control my phone from my computer withing the sdk platform tools
