Adw Launcher or Launcher Pro Plus???

I am running Launcher pro Plus now, but was looking at ADW Launcher.

Just wanted to see which was your favorite or better? I am thinking both are great but I want to just run one, so just seeing what others have to say?

ADW EX very customizable as well....the screen transitions are sick! I like it alot...

LP is just getting old IMO. ADW has really come around I can't say it is less laggy than it used to be because I am running cognition and I generally don't experience lag, when my phone was stock it was a little laggy but that was a while back they have updated quite a bit since then. My vote is ADW any day.

LP+. I tried ADW Ex, but I don't think it will replace LP for me yet. It still lags in some areas. Fede should be done with the rewrite for LP by the end of this month. Also, there are some memory settings and such with LP that really helped me smooth things out.

I was a LP+ user and recently switched to ADW EX and I am happy with it. Seems to run smoother than LP+. I froze LP+ and didnt delete it cause i am waiting to see how this rewrite is. I dont think you can go wrong with either.

Dont overlook GoLauncher. Its free, very smooth, you can resize all your widgets, add docks, scrolling dock x3 and can have up to 30 screens. I have the paid version of LPP and just uninstalled it.

So I am going to trying doing ADW for once and see how it runs. On Laucher Pro , my DX is always freezing and restarting my phone? Not sure if that is whats doing it but will start with the home launcher.

What widgets do I really want to have for ADW? I really like my Facebook and contacts widget through LP?

If anybody has any good ones to use for them 2, let them know.

Pure grid calendar widget you can purchase and seems to look like the one that LPP has on it....the contact widget I am unsure on. I have ADW EX for a week now..I really like the ability to customize and all the options this one offers...I haven't had any freeze ups or anything...Facebook...I think you can get the Pure Messanger widget for that...hope this helps

I use LP+ and tried ADW. Didn't like it at all and immediately switched back. It seemed like it had lots of options, but I just prefer the ease of use with LP+ as well as the performance. It's very smooth, no lag, and it does everything I need it to.
