I rooted my phone, and I am stuck here.
I downloaded ROM manager, and I thought i downloaded rom, but I dont know how to apply it on my phone.
It showed me that it rebooted into something recoveries but nothing really changed. It just stays the same as it was.
What should I do to apply Roms?

You need both Droid X bootstrap and ROM manager. From the very first step:
Open bootstrap and click bootstrap recovery.
If you want to download a ROM from ROM manager open the app up > Download ROMs > select ROM of your choice. Click download.
Now when I did it it gave me the option to back up current ROM and such then it should reboot into recovery. If it doesn't go back to the main screen and select Install ROM from SD card. Find the ROM you downloaded (should be in clockworkmod folder) and click it.
Should be close to right :) haven't done it in a while though lol
