Help Alarm clock does work only 70% of times

I have a Milestone, it is not rooted, with home++ and without any task killer app.
The alarm clock (the default one) now seems to only works about 70% of times (it is correctly set to every day).
It is a serious issue for me. Do you have any idea of why does this happen?

I have this same issue after I got rid of my task manager it started working every time.

Well but I do not have a task manager installed

Wipe the phone, chances are when you have a unique software issue it is an app you installed. Just wipe the phone and everything returns to normal. Monitor the alarm clock after you install each app so you can isolate the problem
