I would be careful with this list. If you're planning to uninstall everything and starting from scratch then this list may (and I put a big emphasis on "may" part here) work for you but if you want to keep some of the stock Samsung apps, uninstalling files from this list will just foobar them. For example, if you uninstall Kies Wifi app, S Planner calendar no longer synchronizes with google calendar service (even you never use Kies on your PC). Without Google Search, you can longer search for anything on your phone: not even your apps or contacts. The Messaging that comes with the phone is one of the lightest sms apps I've ever used, yet according to this list it's bloatware. Why is USB settings on this list? That's part of your settings menu for gods sake! How is that not absolutely essential for your phone? It also seems to me like a bad idea to uninstall the firmware update app (FWupdate). Yes, it may not seem very useful as it will not update rooted phones but there is a work around for that (just unroot the phone, do update, reroot phone). That probably the only way to get a stock and unaltered Samsung FW update as there is nothing to guarantee that the ones available for download in the forums have not been altered somehow.

For those of you looking for a more methodical approach, I would suggest you freeze a few apps at a time and gauge how it's affecting your system. If your phone's rooted, make a CWM or TWM backup before starting. Use Titanium to freeze the apps. Freezing will make the system think an app is uninstalled without it actually being uninstalled (making it really easy to undo missteps and trouble shoot). Do 4 or 5 apps at time. Give it a day or so, make sure everything works. Do another few. Take screenshots to keep track of what you froze. Do backups once in a while. It might be a good idea to do a factory reset before doing this just to freshen the OS up a bit. Once you've arrived at point you're content with, give it some time just to make sure no issue crop up. If none do, you can go ahead and uninstall all the frozen apps. If you do run into trouble, it'll be a lot quicker to thawe frozen apps then restore backups or reinstall the apps.
