All day Calendar Events

    I don't get this.

    Any time there is an "All -Day" event, for some reason my widget AND calendar shows it one day early.


    For example: It is now showing that TOMORROW is St Patricks day.

    Any ideas how to fix this?

    Yes a known problem which should be sorted in 2.1. You could use an App like calwidget which works with Gcal and you can custom to exactly how you want, size colour etc.

    What I also find annoying is that bank holiday info takes up the whole widget leaving no room for other calendar events that day, I use smooth calendar widget because of this.

    This really got on my nerves too. I ended up downloading Android Agenda Widget from the market and it works great. I use the small widget under the clock and have one of my home screens dedicated to the large widget - that way you can see a full list of upcoming events without having to go into the calendar at all.

    Very odd. It has always shown correctly on my phone using stock HTC ROM and MoDaCo ROM. I wonder whether it's a T-mobile ROM issue?

    Nah, i had the same problem on an unbranded hero. Problem solved by downloading smooth calendar widget.

    I am noticing this issue got resolved in Legend 2.1 ROM (Behnaam's HTC Legend WWE Port). Hope it will obviously be resolved in HERO 2.1 too.

    I only got if I had nothing schedued for today or tomorrow and an all day event scheduled for the day after that. If that makes sense?!?

    Hi folks,

    I'm newly registered here, since I got a Hero the other day. I too have similar problems with the calendar as you lot have.

    But here's something even more interesting: if I set an all-day event in Google Calendar via my PC, the phone downloads it all correctly, but out of nowhere a reminder pops up 50 minutes after midnight, on the dot. For EVERY event that's an all-day one.

    Weird. Any ideas how to set it up/fix/remove it? Cheers :)
