I am looking to have someone help me gert the Andriod OS working on a HP IPAQ 210.

I am willing to dedicate time. I know my way around linux, but I am not a developer.

I have a few extra HP IPAQ 210's I want to get this setup on.

This would be a complete windows replacement if possible.

    Thanks

I'm also hoping to build this for my HX4700. It is the model before the 210 and the specs are pretty much the same. I think the trick is to build the kernel and the filesystem for the hardware and I have a bootloader that will allow me to flash the ROM. I think I may be able to find it again. If you need it.

    Have you had any luck?

I'm in for giving it a shot. I saw a post by trailer 8713 who wants to do the same thing. That makes four of us.

Any body know where to start?

I also have an old HP 211 laying around. I installed linux on it sometime ago, but that was less than satisfying - went back to windows. I did bring it up to 6.1 but would love to have android on it.

I am no developer, but I can do testing.
