    Thats what i said, because they always give us "coming soon" or some other excuse, but I think this might be true.

    (I asked about hubby's Pre battery issue in the beginning).

    Ugh ! All i want is a simple android 2.1 update, at this point, i will take 1.6, anything to get me off of 1.5(and no i'm not rooting :p)

    Lol! I agree, I'm not going to root either. I'm still in my 30 day grace period anyways so if anything does happen, I'm not gonna get blamed for anything! Since he said by the end of the month, that can range from now til then lol.... Hopefully sooner than the end. The new rumor that's "official" says the 16th.... We shall see. At least we are getting it by the end of the month.

    True. Lets atleast try to get it BEFORE the end of the month, please sprint?? I have been paying my bill and my balance is $0.00 can you reward us? lol.

    Erm... I can't say that lol.. my bill is past due :(

    But I'm a Premier Customer with good feedback :D

    Soo... maybe I can say something?? And I just upgraded my phone and re did my contract.... That should tell Sprint something on how I feel about their Customer Service, eh? :confused:

    Yes, how long have you been with Sprint? I've been with them for 7 years.

    Well, I've been on Hubby's contract about a year, but he's been with them for almost 5 I think? Give or take... He got them when he joined the Army. (Good thing he's out now).

    Why do you people do this to yourselves? Do you just like chatting with foreigners who are clueless on the subject at hand or is it a frustration fetish? It'll get here when it gets here and no amount of chats with Bogota, Taipei or Bangladesh will help you know when.
