Can you install Android apps on a jailbroken iPod touch?
I recall watching a "rooted". I phone which ran Eclair......
So if can't put android apps on a jailbroken iTouch what apps can you install and where do you find them?
You would have to install Android OS on your iPod to run Android apps. Best to go to an Apple forum to ask what apps can be installed on a jailbroken iPod.
CYDIA! You find them at Cydia. You can add what are called Repositories or Repos for short, to find lots more stuff. And potentially, you can find things you do not want. So after you JB, you change your password.
Google "Cyda" and see what you can see.
your best bet is to go over to SiNfuL iPhone and check that site out. everything you need to know about idevices are over there
what he means by password is the ssh password for your device (sorta like the adb on android) the default username for localhost is root and the password is alpine. now if you dont disable ssh or change your password ANYONE connected to the same network as you can remotly access your device in its entirety. also i would check out greenpois0n (google greenpois0n) its a jailbreak tool. or google redsn0w.
No, but you can install the Android Os and then have the apps from the the android market
