Android AT&T Impulse 4G Does not Download MMS/Mass Text/does not connect to Wifi

    I seem to be having many problems with my AT&T 4G Impulse Phone. Don't know if it's the phone, or AT&T.

    First problem:
    My phone will not download picture texts or mass texts. Are mass texts from people even supposed to come to you as a download?? Because it seems like something is wrong with that. I click download to see it, and nothing ever happens. I get normal texts just fine. My phone also takes literally weeks to send a picture message. I can never get any mass texts...ever.

    Second problem:
    My phone decided to stop connecting to wifi. It used to connect perfectly fine, and then all of a sudden when I try to connect, the connection says "disabled"- nothing has changed with out internet AT ALL.

    Not really sure what to do other than throw this thing the heck out and buy something else because I'm fed up. It's so slow and laggy, and doesn't work properly.

    Any help would be super appreciated!

    I'm not sure what happened to it, but you probably want to take it into an AT&T corporate store or call tech support to see if they can troubleshoot something first. They may have you do a factory reset (wipe all user data and start with the phone as if it's brand new - back up your contacts and apps as much as you can!) If not and it is your phone that's malfunctioning, hopefully it's still under warranty and they'll send you a replacement.

    Without knowing a bit more about the phone, and your location, I would be hard pressed to say whether it is just your AT&T connection, or something internally flawed within the phone itself. Have you tried calling the AT&T customer service line and speaking to a technician? A lot of times they are able to talk you through whatever the issue is, and get it fixed.

    I've had the same issue it's actually your APN settings, you can find them online.or call at&t customer service
