Android Market Now Converting to Local Currencies

    We have all been there. Surfing the Android Market only to stumble upon an app listed in a foreign currency. Sure, we can do some deductive reasoning to try to pinpoint where the price lies on a local scale, or we could even bust out a currency converter to figure out the exact price. But [...]

    Don't get me wrong - that is great news. But why are we then being charged the original price when we get to the checkout? In the original currency.

    I'll still be charged a conversion fee by my bank. So it really hasn't changed much for me - Still not willing to buy paid apps.
