Android market - Terms and Condition Loading

I just got my HTC hero and try to use the andriod market function that comes with the phone.

However, it keeps on loading the terms and condition with the accept button being clicked.

I have set up my google account when i do the factory reset, so i dun think is the google account problem.

The loading keeps on going and going. Is there something wrong with my phone or did i set up something wrongly.

Anyone encounter this problem, Kindly share for any "cures".

I had the same problem with a friends device. I tried turning off the wifi and go online on via mobile internet. That worked.
