Android Market won't let me download an app, claims there is no space on SD card

I recently tried downloading the app 'Doctor Who: The Mazes of Time'. The Android Market claims there is no space. On my SD card there is over 7GB free and other apps will download fine.

I've tried removing the SD card and the reformatting it but no joy.

Please assist, thanks in advace.

I am using a Motorola Milestone running Android 2.2 Froyo.

Yes I believe so though others seem to have been able to download it.
