Its just that anyone who has this issue months from now and find this thread will come to a dead end once you've taken support to PMs
Just wanted to report that there has been no progress. We haven't really began troubleshooting due to lack of communication, and I didn't want anyone thinking that we fixed the problem and hid it from this thread. If anything changes, I'll update
