Hi, is it possible to update from EB13 to El30 in one shot, or not?

My phone info is:
carrier: Sprint
Firmware: 2.2.1
Baseband: DK28
Kernel: 2.6.32.9
ViperRom Build Synergy EXT 4- RFS dual EB 13 5.0

From this i would like to change to CleanGB 2.3, phone is rooted I have clockwork mod Rec. v.3.x

My Vista PC wont read phone even with all the drivers and tricks...
also i'd like to remove the carrier (unlocked) if possible. But i can see my SD card with an adapter...

please help....

1) Make sure you have the latest driver SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones

2) Since it's a CDMA phone, it has no SIM card, so it can't be SIM-locked. And you can't "unlock" something that can't be locked. If a CDMA carrier doesn't have that phone's ESN in its database, it won't work with that carrier. And only Sprint has your phone's ESN in its database.

As far as replacing a ROM in one shot, you're not updating step by step, you're replacing the whole ROM, so if EI30 was written for your model phone, flashing it will work regardless of what's in it now.
