    Before posting, I searched for previous posts of this and found no less than 4 separate threads. I decided to post this anyway because all of the other threads I found were inexplicably in device-specific forums.

    An interesting article on Lifehacker with more information to backup the argument than I have seen elsewhere (above-referenced posts excluded).

    I guess its time to uninstall Advanced Task Killer. I was wondering, when I do kill apps, is that sort of how you kill apps in Windows with task manager where it forces the program to turn off?
