Android VPN settings

On my iPhone, I could punch in the L2TP settings for the VPN with just a username, password and shared secret.

On Android, it seems to also be asking for a pre-shared key, and it won't let me any further until I put one in. But my VPN provider doesn't say what the PSK should be, and like I said, I never needed to enter it on any other device.

Any idea what's going on?

Thanks, but I don't have a plain "L2TP" setting. The only options are "L2TP/PSK" or "L2TP/RSA". That's the problem!
