So has anyone else had this issue?
I love the widget, in theory. However, when I hit "sync," it turns on the auto sync feature, as well as "use background data" (obviously). However, when I turn it off again, it does not uncheck the "background data" option.
Similarly, when I hit the gps option, it only checks the GPS check, and I wish it would check the "use wireless networks" option as well, since I cannot get a reliable signal with just GPS (ie: if i am in my apartment).
I wish there was a widget that did both. I use it to save power and time, but I always end up having to uncheck "use background data" anyway. What's the friggin point? Does "use background data" not use that much battery anyway?
