is anyone having weak reception on the Hero, 2 phones and a wireless card from sprint all have full bars, the Hero only has 2 or three, seems like an antennae issue.

Mine seems to jump around a lot, but I have not had any reception issues...yet. On average it stays around 4-5 bars. Its been as low as 0-1 but still making calls without issues.

I have issues when indoors but that is about it. But like previously stated mine does jump around quite a bit.

all antennas are inside the device. since people have complained about having external antennas, the manufacturers tucked them inside.

also you have BT, Wifi, CDMA, antennas all inside this tiny space, you are certain to get EMI interference and reduced performance from the compromising design of these tiny phones, so shortcuts had to be met.
