Anti virus... To get out not to get??? That is the question!!!

Howdy all.

I have a Motorola Droid Razr which I love. Lately I have been experiencing a few weird things like app icons appearing on my home screen and a coupler of glitches. There is one app that I have which will give me the green plus symbol on the status bar up top telling me that i've won an iPad (pfft) that app is easy mp3 download. What i'm wondering is if any of you guys think its advantageous to download an antivirus. if so, what are the benefits and what is the best one to get and why??? Thanks in advance

It isn't a virus, it's aggressive advertising of companies like AirPush.
