Accessories Any external chargers from ebay that won't mess up the touch screen while charging?

i have a "yiboyuan" external battery charger that i got with my 2700mah battery from the seller tuttoit. i've noticed that when i use the external charger and USB cable to charge the phone, it'll mess up my touch screen, it won't recognize my swipes and presses. wondering if there's another seller with a better working external charger that'll work without messing up the screen.
